The building stands 154 meters tall with 35 floors. It is a five-star integrated resort hotel with a total gross floor area of 2 million square feet. The entire MGM Macau project represents an investment of over USD 1.25 billion. The design was undertaken by Wong Tung & Partners Ltd. from Hong Kong, and the main contractor was Hip Hing Construction, also based in Hong Kong.
