The project occupies 1,552 pings (approximately 5,130 square meters) and features a high seismic-resistant structure divided into three major zones. The preliminary design proposes a 31-story above-ground structure with approximately 260 rooms, including a variety of specialty restaurants. Additionally, the top floor will feature a double-height sky lounge, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Taipei.
