Royal Service Laboratory Intelligent Ventilation System
Physical and chemical experiments often generate volatile acids and bases, organic exhaust gases, and aerosols. These pollutants can spread imperceptibly and cause lasting harm. In accordance with standards such as JGJ 91-2019 and JG/T 222-2007, laboratory ventilation must satisfy four core requirements: safety protection, negative pressure stability, intelligent air volume control, and energy saving and consumption reduction.
Traditional constant air volume (CAV) systems cannot adapt to dynamic experimental conditions. They are prone to safety hazards such as unstable airflow, waste gas leakage, and differential pressure imbalance, while also suffering from high energy consumption, making them unable to meet the needs of modern laboratories.
Royal Service Intelligent Ventilation Automatic Control System uses multiple sensors to monitor parameters such as fume hood sash opening, face velocity, personnel presence, and room differential pressure in real time. It adopts a two-stage control strategy—terminal air volume regulation combined with room pressure stabilization—to achieve dynamic, adaptive adjustment of ventilation air volume. The system stabilizes the fume hood face velocity, prevents harmful gases from escaping, and maintains stable negative pressure and orderly airflow in the laboratory, ensuring safe and compliant operation. It also intelligently varies air volume according to the experimental load, effectively eliminating waste from over-ventilation. With its combination of safety, stability, and energy efficiency, the system is suitable for the complex conditions of various physical and chemical laboratories.
Core Products
Intelligent Fast-Acting Variable Air Volume (VAV) Damper
The Royal Service Intelligent Fast-Acting VAV Damper is designed for fume hood exhaust. Featuring a high-precision actuator and a zero-drift differential pressure chip, it delivers precise damper positioning and fast response, with air volume control accuracy of up to ±5%. Its integrated structure ensures a low failure rate and easy maintenance, meeting the high-precision ventilation control requirements of high-end laboratories.
Constant/Variable Air Volume (CAV/VAV) Butterfly Damper
The Royal Service CAV/VAV Butterfly Damper is used in laboratory supply and exhaust systems. It dynamically adjusts air volume in real time, quickly compensating for pressure fluctuations caused by fume hood startup/shutdown and door/window opening/closing. It stabilizes room differential pressure and prevents cross-contamination of gases, making it suitable for laboratories with multi-room differential pressure gradients.
