Architecturally distinct, the building features seventeen floors with three additional service levels, covering a total built-up area of 39,700 sqm. It includes fourteen office levels, a state-of-the-art auditorium seating 330 people, staff canteens, kitchen facilities, and other necessary amenities. A standout feature is the steel curved façade with integrated solar photovoltaic panels, extending from the fifth to the twentieth floor, complemented by an expandable mesh that breaks the uniformity of the building envelope.
